Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

  • All orders will be shipped out in 1-3 business days after placing your order. 

 

RETURNS

  • To limit the return of items, please feel free to email us at roamingpoppyboutique@gmail.com or message us on social media about any sizing questions or concerns. 
  • Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit or a full refund.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your order. 
  • Returns must be in new and unused condition. Original tags must be attached, no signs of wear, and free of all odors. 
  • Any items sent back in worn/used condition will be sent back to the customer at customers expense. 
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale- no returns or exchanges. 
  • Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

  • We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding packages that are lost or stolen when we are not provided with the correct address -Double check that you have provided us the correct address. 
  • Any packages that are returned to us as undelivered may be reshipped at the buyers expense. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us at roamingpoppyboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of of receiving your order. Please include a picture of the area that has been damaged and a picture of the original tag still attached
